What was the increase from 2000 to 2011?

Because other countries are helping them and in Afghanistan very fast, because the US army helped the Afghan government to make better infrastructure. Why is the improved drinking water increase so important? Because the population is growing, so they need more drinking water, also they became more healthier and they didn’t had to walk miles to drinking water.
