What were the 15 worst countries for the amount of children under 1 immunized against measles in 2000?

Questions to Consider: 1. In what region are the 15 worst countries mostly located? 2. Brainstorm a list of what you think might cause these countries to have the least amount of kids immunized? 3. What does this indicator mean? How does this indicator connect to the goal?
