Which country improved the most out of the top 15 worst countries in the year 2000 and years 2008-2011? Women to men parity index, as ratio of literacy rates, 15-24 years old

Questions: 1. Connecting to the second question that shows how the countries improved over time, make a possible conclusion to why you think that Burundi improved the most over time (years 2000 and years 2008-2011) 2. Referring back to the bar graph, why did Cameroon not show any significant improvement in literacy rates over time (years 2000 and years 2008-2011)?

Are there any countries on this bar graph that have had a larger or bigger change than some of the other ones and does it have anything to do with the location of the country based on the heat map? 2. Has this indicator changed in a positive or a negative way? Has there been any improvement or not through the years?
