Question To Consider: 1. By looking at this graph, what do you think happened during 2000-2011? 2. What reasons might have caused Rwanda to decrease that much?

Pick one country to follow and identify some specific drops you see this country go through throughout the years this graph depicts (2000-2011) and what is a possible reason for this? Use specific evidence to support your answer.
